the pulse of God
rhymes and rhythms
bounce our lives from
prose to poetry slog
to dance but why –
they come from the
realms of receiving
where ingenuity
even guile are
trounced by the
bounce of gathering
the pieces of our
trudge and sludge
into the cosmic
dithyramb of joy
and ecstasy stirred
shaken lives lit
and released by
the energies of
the unstoppable
ever
